利用AMESim软件建立了仿真模型,对压力流量比例控制变量泵的压力流量调节特性以及恒流阀阀芯质量对系统动态特性的影响进行了仿真研究.仿真结果表明,该系统具有良好的压力流量控制性能和较高的节能效果,恒流阀阀芯质量对系统的动态性能有着重要的影响.

Simulation model is established using AMESim software.Pressure-flow regulation characteristic and constant flow valve spool weight are researched by simulation to analyze the pressure-flow regulation characteristics and the impacts on the dynamic characteristics of the system.Simulation results show that the system has a good control performance and good energy-saving efficiency and that the constant flow valve spool weight has an important impact on the dynamic characteristics of the system.
