Experiments performed during real and simulated microgravity have shown substantial changes in multisystem on body.Simulated microgravity may result in microvascular reconstruction,ultrastructural changes of the lung tissue,changes of cell apoptosis and abnormal expression of the regulatory gene,etc.Weightless can also lead to pulmonary tissue damage,initiate a series of traumatic immune and inflammatory responses,and inflammatory cytokine release.These changes not only affect non-specific immune response,but also affect the specific immune response significantly.Further research about weightless would play a significant role in the health care during spaceflight.
