目的 探讨神经节苷脂联合高压氧治疗改善脑外伤后认知功能障碍的疗效.方法 对2005年10月-2009年8月在我院住院治疗的90例脑外伤并认知功能障碍患者,以常规治疗为对照,进行随机双盲配对试验,观察应用神经节苷脂联合高压氧治疗并进行对比分析.伤后1周内给药联合高压氧治疗,于用药前、用药后1周、3周进行简易智能精神状态表(MMSE)评分和临床观察.结果 常规组与治疗组(神经节苷脂联合高压氧)对比发现用药后第3周MMSE评分显著升高(P<0.05).3周后治疗组认知功能障碍完全康复率为92.45%,显著高于常规治疗组的54.05%(P< 0.05).结论 早期应用神经节苷脂联合高压氧治疗对改善脑外伤后认知功能障碍有明显疗效.

목적 탐토신경절감지연합고압양치료개선뇌외상후인지공능장애적료효.방법 대2005년10월-2009년8월재아원주원치료적90례뇌외상병인지공능장애환자,이상규치료위대조,진행수궤쌍맹배대시험,관찰응용신경절감지연합고압양치료병진행대비분석.상후1주내급약연합고압양치료,우용약전、용약후1주、3주진행간역지능정신상태표(MMSE)평분화림상관찰.결과 상규조여치료조(신경절감지연합고압양)대비발현용약후제3주MMSE평분현저승고(P<0.05).3주후치료조인지공능장애완전강복솔위92.45%,현저고우상규치료조적54.05%(P< 0.05).결론 조기응용신경절감지연합고압양치료대개선뇌외상후인지공능장애유명현료효.
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of gangliosides injection for the patients with cognitive dysfunction in the early stage after tratunatic brain injury.Methods 90 patients with acute traumatic brain injury in my hospital from October 2005 to August 2009 were randomly assigned to conventional treatment or gangliosides treatment and followed by a double-blind control trial.The gangliosides group were treated with gangliosides injection within a week after injury.Assessment of their cognitive function with Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) was performed before treatment and 1,3 weeks after treatment,respectively.Results The scores of MMSE 3 weeks after treatment in the gangliosides group were significantly higher than those in the conventional treatment group (P< 0.05).The complete improvement rate of cognitive dysfunction in the gangliosides group (92.45%) was significantly higher than that in the conventional treatment group (54.05%)(P< 0.05).Conclusion The early usage of gangliosides is obviously efficient in improving the cognitive dysfunction after traumatic brain injury.
