对未成熟果实黄化'龟井'温州蜜柑和正常植株叶片和果实大量矿质元素如钾(K)、钙(Ca)、镁(Mg)、磷(P)、硫(S)及微量矿质元素如铁(Fe)、锰(Mn)、锌(Zn)、铜(Cu)和硼(B)含量进行了测定分析.结果表明:果实黄化蜜柑叶片K和Ca含量(P<0.01)极显著低于正常植株(对照)、P、S和B含量(P<0.05)亦显著较低,且Ca和B均低于缺乏临界值,而Mn含量(P<0.01)却极显著高于对照;果实黄化蜜柑果实S和B含量(P<0.01)极显著低于对照,Ca和Mg含量(P<0.05)亦显著较低,而P含量(P<0.05)却显著高于对照;果实黄化蜜柑与正常植株间叶片和果实Fe、Zn、Cu及果实Mn含量均无显著性差异.可见,'龟井'温州蜜柑未成熟果实黄化症状与其果实含Mg量显著较低及因Ca、B缺乏造成的叶片功能衰退有着密切的关系.
對未成熟果實黃化'龜井'溫州蜜柑和正常植株葉片和果實大量礦質元素如鉀(K)、鈣(Ca)、鎂(Mg)、燐(P)、硫(S)及微量礦質元素如鐵(Fe)、錳(Mn)、鋅(Zn)、銅(Cu)和硼(B)含量進行瞭測定分析.結果錶明:果實黃化蜜柑葉片K和Ca含量(P<0.01)極顯著低于正常植株(對照)、P、S和B含量(P<0.05)亦顯著較低,且Ca和B均低于缺乏臨界值,而Mn含量(P<0.01)卻極顯著高于對照;果實黃化蜜柑果實S和B含量(P<0.01)極顯著低于對照,Ca和Mg含量(P<0.05)亦顯著較低,而P含量(P<0.05)卻顯著高于對照;果實黃化蜜柑與正常植株間葉片和果實Fe、Zn、Cu及果實Mn含量均無顯著性差異.可見,'龜井'溫州蜜柑未成熟果實黃化癥狀與其果實含Mg量顯著較低及因Ca、B缺乏造成的葉片功能衰退有著密切的關繫.
대미성숙과실황화'구정'온주밀감화정상식주협편화과실대량광질원소여갑(K)、개(Ca)、미(Mg)、린(P)、류(S)급미량광질원소여철(Fe)、맹(Mn)、자(Zn)、동(Cu)화붕(B)함량진행료측정분석.결과표명:과실황화밀감협편K화Ca함량(P<0.01)겁현저저우정상식주(대조)、P、S화B함량(P<0.05)역현저교저,차Ca화B균저우결핍림계치,이Mn함량(P<0.01)각겁현저고우대조;과실황화밀감과실S화B함량(P<0.01)겁현저저우대조,Ca화Mg함량(P<0.05)역현저교저,이P함량(P<0.05)각현저고우대조;과실황화밀감여정상식주간협편화과실Fe、Zn、Cu급과실Mn함량균무현저성차이.가견,'구정'온주밀감미성숙과실황화증상여기과실함Mg량현저교저급인Ca、B결핍조성적협편공능쇠퇴유착밀절적관계.
Concentrations of macronutrients such as potassium(K), calcium(Ca), magnesium(Mg), phosphorus(P), sulfur(S), and micronutrients such as iron(Fe), manganese(Mn), zinc(Zn), copper(Cu) and boron(B) were determined in leaves and fruits from both immature fruit chlorosis and showed that leaf samples collected from fruit-cholorisis trees contained significantly lower K(P<0.01), Ca (P<0.01), P(P<0.05), S(P<0.05), and B(P<0.05) than those collected from normal ones(control). Furthermore, leaf Ca and B concentrations were below the threshold limits for sufficiency, whereas significantly higher Mn concentration (P<0.01) was observed in leaves sampled from fruit-chlorosis trees than those from control. S and B concentrations (P<0.01) in fruits of fruit-chlorosis trees were markedly lower than those in fruits of control. Ca and Mg concentrations(P<0.05) were notably lower in chlorotic fruits compared with the control, whereas P(P<0.05) was distinctly higher than in control. No significant difference was found among concentrations of Fe, Zn and Cu in leaves and fruits, of Mn in fruits from both fruit-chlorisis and normal trees. The results above indicated that immature fruit chlorosis of satsuma mandarin is closely related to the declining function of leaves with lacking Ca and B. In addition, significantly lower concentration of Mg in affected fruits from trees might be another important reason for immature fruit chlorosis.
