通过对木蹄多糖提取得率有影响的子实体粉末颗粒大小、料水比、提取温度和提取时间进行的单因素研究,其中对料水比、提取温度和提取时间3个因素采用应用响应面法进行了优化,确定了木蹄子实体多糖的最佳提取工艺条件:子实体粉末颗粒60目,料水比1∶ 42.92,提取温度88.92 ℃,提取时间3.92 h,多糖得率达到5.68%.

The extraction process of polysaccharides from Fomes fomentarius fruit-body was studied.The effects of powder size,ratio of material to water,extraction temperature,extraction time and extraction times on the extraction process of polysaccharides from Fomes fomentarius were studied by single factors experiments.The ratio of material to water,extraction temperature and extraction time were analyzed by response surface methodology.The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions was as follows: fruit-body powder size 60 eye,ratio of material to water 1∶ 42.92,extraction temperature 88.92 ℃,extraction time 3.92 h,the extraction percent of soluble polysaccharideswas 5.68%.
