1-(2-氟苯)-2-溴-1-丙酮在非质子极性溶剂中经胺化、环合反应,最后酸化得到3,5-二甲基-2-(2-氟苯)-2-吗啉醇盐酸盐(产率82.7%).其结构均得到IR和~1H NMR确证.整个合成路线具有反应条件温和、反应时间短、收率高等优点.

2-(2-Fluorophenyl)-3,5-dimethyl-2-morpholinol hydrochloride was synthesized from 2-bromo-1-(2-fluorophenyl)-1-propanone via aminnation and cyclization in nonproton polar solvent,at last acidification by divergent synthetic method,with yield of 82.7%.Its structures was confirmed on by IR and ~1H NMR.The synthetic route has the advantages of easy operation,mild reaction condition,short reaction time and high yield.
