通过盆栽试验,在山西省襄垣县矿区复垦土壤上不同施肥条件下种植接种根瘤菌的白三叶草,结果表明,接种根瘤菌能显著提高白三叶草根瘤菌的固氮能力,增强植株干物质的积累和对氮磷元素的吸收,提高土壤养分利用率,加速矿区生态恢复.
通過盆栽試驗,在山西省襄垣縣礦區複墾土壤上不同施肥條件下種植接種根瘤菌的白三葉草,結果錶明,接種根瘤菌能顯著提高白三葉草根瘤菌的固氮能力,增彊植株榦物質的積纍和對氮燐元素的吸收,提高土壤養分利用率,加速礦區生態恢複.
통과분재시험,재산서성양원현광구복은토양상불동시비조건하충식접충근류균적백삼협초,결과표명,접충근류균능현저제고백삼협초근류균적고담능력,증강식주간물질적적루화대담린원소적흡수,제고토양양분이용솔,가속광구생태회복.
With the method of pot-cultivation test, the clover's growth and soil nutrient were analysed in the mining reclamation in Xiangyuan of Shanxi Province. The result indicates that Rhizobia inoculation could significantly increase clover dry matter accumulation and the nutrient content of clover, obviously enhance the clover's absorption of mineral nutrient, raise the utilization of soil nutrients and accelerate the rate of ecological restoration.
