针对含异步风电机组的电力系统可用输电能力展开研究。首先,建立含异步风力发电机潮流模型;其次,将含风电机组的潮流模型和传统的静态安全性可用输电能力模型相结合,建立了含风电机组的ATC模型;最后,应用现代内点理论对模型进行求解。仿真结果表明,文中引用的算法能快速而准确地计算不同风速下含风电场系统的ATC值,通过与不含风电场系统的ATC值的比较结果表明,低风速下主要由于风电场对系统无功的大量损耗,使风电场对系统可用输电能力产生的影响更为恶劣,随着风速的提高,含风电场系统的可用输电能力会随之上升,并在风速达到一定高速时使系统可用输电能力在原有基础上有所提升,研究成果可为电力系统的运行和风电场的规划提供有益的参考。

With the rapid development of wind power generation and gradual maturity of power market,it is great significance for the research of the wind power's influences on available transfer capability(ATC)in power systems.In this paper,it will research the power system available transfer capability that contains the large wind power system.Firstly,Establish the model of asynchronous wind-driven generator and its Trend equation.Considering the influence of winds base on the model of trend equation.Secondly,combine the trend equation model of the power system contains the wind generator and the traditional static security available transmission capacity.Establish the ATC model that contains the wind generator and considering the static security of the power system.Thirdly,solve the trend equation with the interior-point method,and simulate the results of the validation.Compared with the power system that don't contain the wind generator.The calculation results show that it can calculate ATC values quickly and accurately with the proposed algorithm,and can evaluate the influence that the wind power to the ATC of the power system effectively.According to the research results,it could provide helpful reference for the power system operation and the planning of the wind power station.
