目的探讨口腔门诊预防和控制医院感染的有效方法,以控制医院感染,提高医疗护理质量.方法加强医院感染规范化管理,针对口腔门诊的特点,制定和不断完善口腔门诊医院感染管理的各项规章制度和操作流程,并严格实施落实.结果通过对口腔门诊实施严格的医院感染防控措施,从整体上提高了全科医务人员医院感染的防控意识和业务水平,监控的各项卫生学指标均符合要求,至今无发生医院感染病例.结论口腔门诊医院感染规范化管理,能有效地预防和控制医院感染的发生.

Objective To investigate the methods of control and standardized management of nosocomial infection and also to improve the quality of medical care in the outpatient service of stomatology.Methods A series of measures have been made and carried out strictly in order to enhance the standardized management of nosocomial infection. Results Hygienic test results were qualified without any case of nosocomial infection. And the knowledge of the prevention and control of nosocomial infection of the medical staff was also improved, monitoring of the hygiene indexes were all up to the standard, and nosocomial infection case has not been reported by now. Conclusion It is effective to prevent and control nosocomial infection with the standardized management of nosocomial infection in the outpatient service of stomatology. Dental outpatient service nosocomial infection standardized management can effectively prevent and control nosocomial infection.
