目的了解精神科医护人员对精神疾病的态度,提高对精神病人的接纳程度.方法采用精神疾病态度调查问卷对120名医护人员进行调查,比较医生、护士的态度差异.结果医生对精神病的治疗态度较护士乐观(P＜0.05),护士更倾向于同意有精神病史的人可以结婚和生育(P＜0.05).结论精神科医生和护士对待精神障碍的态度基本一致,这有利于促进精神障碍病人的治疗、康复.同时需要采取相应的对策,提高医护人员对精神疾病的认识和接纳程度,提高护士对精神病治疗的信心.

Objective To investigate attitudes of psychiatrists and nurses in department of psychiatry toward mental disorders and to improve tolerance to patients with mental disorders. Methods Mental disorder questionnaire was used in 120 psychiatrists and nurses to explore the difference of their attitudes. Results Psychiatrists were more optimistic to the treatment of patients with mental disorders than nurses (P ＜0.05), while the latter were more likely to approve that the patients are entitled to marrying and having children (P ＜ 0.05). Conclusions There was no significant difference between attitudes of psychiatrists and nurses toward mental disorders, which might benefit the treatment and recovery of patients with mental disorders. Effective measures should be adopted among psychiatrists and nurses to improve their knowledge and tolerance to mental disorders and optimism should be developed among nurses on treatment of mental disorders.
