目的探讨奈达铂联合放疗治疗晚期宫颈癌不良反应的最佳护理方法.方法治疗前对23例用放疗同时奈达铂增敏化疗治疗晚期宫颈癌患者,做好不良反应的告知及心理辅导,治疗中做好不良反应的预防、观察和护理.结果发生尿路刺激症状5例,骨髓抑制13例,皮肤风团疹或皮肤瘙痒8例,胃肠道反应11例,23例患者均能积极配合,完成疗程.结论奈达铂联合放疗治疗晚期宫颈癌,通过观察病情,根据不同的反应,采用有效护理措施,提高护理质量.

Objective To study the best care methods for different adverse reactions induced by Nedaplatin combined with radiotherapy in the treatment for advanced stage cervical cancer.Methods Before treatment,23 patients of advanced cervical cancer treated with radiotherapy and Nedaplatin sensitizing chemotherapy were informed of adverse reactions with psychological counseling,during the treatment,prevention of adverse reactions,observation and nursing care were conducted.Results There were urinary tract irritation in 5 cases,bone marrow suppression in 13 cases,skin rash or itching in 8 cases,and 11 cases of gastrointestinal reactions,etc.23 patients were able to actively cooperate to complete the course.Conclusion By observing the patients' conditions,according to different reactions,and using effective care measures,Nedaplatin combined with radiotherapy in the treatment for advanced cervical cancer can improve the quality of care.
