目的 探讨重症布一加综合征的治疗方法.方法 1992年7月至2005年12月,对26例重症布-加综合征患者采用脾切除、脾静脉-右心房搭桥术进行治疗.结果 随访1年至8年,效果优者24例,2例有人造血管血栓形成.结论 对重症布-加综合征患者,脾切除、脾静脉-右心房搭桥术是一种有效的手术方法.
目的 探討重癥佈一加綜閤徵的治療方法.方法 1992年7月至2005年12月,對26例重癥佈-加綜閤徵患者採用脾切除、脾靜脈-右心房搭橋術進行治療.結果 隨訪1年至8年,效果優者24例,2例有人造血管血栓形成.結論 對重癥佈-加綜閤徵患者,脾切除、脾靜脈-右心房搭橋術是一種有效的手術方法.
목적 탐토중증포일가종합정적치료방법.방법 1992년7월지2005년12월,대26례중증포-가종합정환자채용비절제、비정맥-우심방탑교술진행치료.결과 수방1년지8년,효과우자24례,2례유인조혈관혈전형성.결론 대중증포-가종합정환자,비절제、비정맥-우심방탑교술시일충유효적수술방법.
Objective To investigate the operative method for severe Budd - Chiari syndrome. Methods A total of 26 patients with severe Budd - Chiari syndrome were treated with splenotomy and splenoatrial shunt. Results The 1 year's to 8 years's follow up showed that 24 patients had excellent results, and thrombosis in blood vessel prothesis was found in 2 eases.Conclusion Splenotomy and splenoatrial shunt is effective for the patients with severe Budd - Chiari syndrome.
