我国转基因棉花研究近10年,取得重大进展:研制出单价Bt和双价Bt/Cp TI转基因抗虫棉,已审定的品种正在生产上大面积推广,累计达160khm2;建立了Bt棉的 遗传育种、栽培、良种繁育、抗虫性鉴定、棉铃虫的抗性治理、棉田害虫综合防治以及安全 性评估等一整套技术体系;棉花抗病基因工程和棉纤维品质改良的基因工程也取得了进展。

아국전기인면화연구근10년,취득중대진전:연제출단개Bt화쌍개Bt/Cp TI전기인항충면,이심정적품충정재생산상대면적추엄,루계체160khm2;건립료Bt면적 유전육충、재배、량충번육、항충성감정、면령충적항성치리、면전해충종합방치이급안전 성평고등일정투기술체계;면화항병기인공정화면섬유품질개량적기인공정야취득료진전。
Achievements made in past decade in cotton genetic engineer ing were described in this paper.Transgenic cotton with single Bt gene of double Bt+CpTI genes were generated.The registered varieties of Bt cotton have been widely ado pted by farmers and total acreage of Bt cotton was approximately 120,000 hectare s in 1999.Meanwhile,a series of related techniques,including the genetics,cultiv ation and propagation of selected lines,the bioassay of insecticidal activities. the detection of Bt protein espression in transgenic plants,the resistance of co tton bollworm to Bt protein,the integrated pest management in cotton fields,and the biosafety assessment of Bt cotton etc,were developed that could be practical ly used in commercial production.In addition,the progrss in genetic engineering of cotton with resistance to fungal diseases and better fiber quality was also r eviewed.
