Ni%magnetic field%the types of the solvents%morphologies
在常压下,采用外加磁场辅助的液相还原法制备得到了直径约为250 nm镍纳米晶纤维.磁性能测试结果表明镍纤维的饱和磁化强度为8.94 emu·g-1,矫顽力为133.8 Oe,说明得到的镍纤维具有铁磁性能.此外,还研究了溶剂种类对产物微观结构和形貌的影响.结果表明,产物的形貌受溶剂种类的影响十分明显,只有分子结构中含有2个端羟基的醇类溶剂才可以用来制备形貌均一的超细镍纤维.
在常壓下,採用外加磁場輔助的液相還原法製備得到瞭直徑約為250 nm鎳納米晶纖維.磁性能測試結果錶明鎳纖維的飽和磁化彊度為8.94 emu·g-1,矯頑力為133.8 Oe,說明得到的鎳纖維具有鐵磁性能.此外,還研究瞭溶劑種類對產物微觀結構和形貌的影響.結果錶明,產物的形貌受溶劑種類的影響十分明顯,隻有分子結構中含有2箇耑羥基的醇類溶劑纔可以用來製備形貌均一的超細鎳纖維.

A facile chemical reduction method was established to fabricate ultrafine Ni fibers with a diameter of about 250 nm using external magnetic field-assisted self-assembly under normal pressure. Magnetic hysteresis g-1 and a coercivity of 133.8 Oe at room temperature. Moreover, different alcohol-type solvents were selected to control the microstructures and morphologies of the nickel products. As a result, it is found that the morphologies of the Ni nanocrystallites are closely related to the types of the solvents and only the solvents with double hydroxyl groups colud be used for the preparation of the Ni fibers.
