针对榨菜腌制废水高盐高氮磷高有机物浓度的特征,提出"厌氧序批式生物膜反应器(ASBBR)-二级序批式生物膜反应器(SBBR) -化学除磷"组合处理工艺,在前期对组合工艺中单元工艺的关键工况参数研究的基础上,考察组合工艺的处理效能.实验结果表明,采用该组合工艺,可使进水COD、NH_4~+ -N、TN及PO_4~(3-) -P分别为10000、345、550和38.5mg/L的榨菜腌制废水,处理出水COD、NH_4~+ -N、TN及PO_4~(3-) -P分别达到93.6、12.3、18和0.1 mg/L,去除率分别为99.1%、96.4%、96.7%和99.9%,出水达到污水综合排放一级标准.
針對榨菜醃製廢水高鹽高氮燐高有機物濃度的特徵,提齣"厭氧序批式生物膜反應器(ASBBR)-二級序批式生物膜反應器(SBBR) -化學除燐"組閤處理工藝,在前期對組閤工藝中單元工藝的關鍵工況參數研究的基礎上,攷察組閤工藝的處理效能.實驗結果錶明,採用該組閤工藝,可使進水COD、NH_4~+ -N、TN及PO_4~(3-) -P分彆為10000、345、550和38.5mg/L的榨菜醃製廢水,處理齣水COD、NH_4~+ -N、TN及PO_4~(3-) -P分彆達到93.6、12.3、18和0.1 mg/L,去除率分彆為99.1%、96.4%、96.7%和99.9%,齣水達到汙水綜閤排放一級標準.

Anaerobic sequencing batch biofilm reactor(ASBBR)-two-stage sequencing batch biofilm reactor (SBBR) -chemical phosphorus removal combined process was proposed according to the characteristics of mustard tuber wastewater with high salinity, high nitrogen and phosphorus concentrations and high organic compounds.Treatment efficiency of combined process was studied, based on the previous studies of the key condition parameters of each process cell. Results showed that when the influent COD, NH_4~+ -N, TN and PO_4~(3-) -P were 10000,345, 550 and 38.5 mg/L,the effluent COD,NH_4~+ -N, TN and PO_4~(3-) -P were 93.6, 12.3,18 and 0. 1 mg/L,respectively,and the removal rate achieved 99. 1% , 96.4% ,96. 7% and 99.9% , respectively, which met the first grade criteria of integrated wastewater discharge standard.
