以捻系数、分梳辊速度、转杯速度为试验因子,采用单因子实验和二次通用旋转组合设计法,研究麻赛尔/棉混纺纱线性能与工艺参数之间的关系,找出最佳工艺参数;并用最佳工艺参数纺制不同混纺比的麻赛尔/棉混纺纱,比较不同混纺比对纱线性能的影响.结果表明:随着捻系数、分梳辊速度、转杯速度的增加,成纱的断裂强力均呈现出先增加后下降的变化规律;随着麻赛尔纤维含量的增加,混纺纱线的断裂强力逐渐下降.
以撚繫數、分梳輥速度、轉杯速度為試驗因子,採用單因子實驗和二次通用鏇轉組閤設計法,研究痳賽爾/棉混紡紗線性能與工藝參數之間的關繫,找齣最佳工藝參數;併用最佳工藝參數紡製不同混紡比的痳賽爾/棉混紡紗,比較不同混紡比對紗線性能的影響.結果錶明:隨著撚繫數、分梳輥速度、轉杯速度的增加,成紗的斷裂彊力均呈現齣先增加後下降的變化規律;隨著痳賽爾纖維含量的增加,混紡紗線的斷裂彊力逐漸下降.

By using twist multiplier,combing roller speed,rotor speed as test factors,the single factor experimental design method and the two general revolving combination design method through the two ways are employed to investigate the relation between the Jutecell/cotton blended yarn properties and processing parameter,then the optimum processing parameter is obtained.Additionally,the optimum processing parameter to spin the Jutecell/cotton blended yarn in different blending ratio is used to compare different impacts on the yarn properties from various blending ratio.The result shows that with the twist multiplier,combing roller speed and rotor speed increaseing,the yarn breaking strength shows the first-increased-then-decreased regularity;as the content of Jutecell increases,blended yarn breaking strength decreases gradually.
