目的探讨多层螺旋Cr在颌骨囊肿治疗中的应用价值.方法对29例颌骨囊肿患者进行16层螺旋CT常规检查,在多平面重组、曲面重组图像上测量病变径线,通过与术中测量值对比评价其准确性.结果颌骨囊肿CT表现各异,多平面重组及曲面重组测量值与术中测量值比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论各类颌骨囊肿有不同的影像学特点,多层螺旋CT对颌骨囊肿侵犯范围的准确评估有重要意义,对手术方式的选择具有重要的指导作用.

Objective To investigate the clinical application of multi-slice spiral CT(MSCT) m the treatment of cyst in jaw.Methods Twenty-nine cases of cyst in jaw were examined by 16 multislices spiral CT,and the measurements of lesion in MPR/CPR with those in operation were compared.Results The CT manifestations of cyst in jaw were various,there was no significant difference in MPR,CPR measurement and measurement during operation ( P ＞ 0.05 ).Conclusions Cyst in jaw has different imaging feature,MSCT has important significance for evaluation of invasivc extent of cyst in jaw,and has important guiding effect on choosing operative method.
