To resize image without changing the important characteristic's size and rate, a simple resizing operator called seam carving is presented. A seam is an optimal 8-cormected path of pixels on a single image from top to bottom, or left to fight, where optimality is defined by Roberts gradient function. By repeatedly carving out or inserting seams in one or both directions can change the aspoet ratio and size of an image. The selection and order of seams Bypass the border of the characteristics, so protect the content of the image, theo-retical analysis and experimental results show that this algorithm than other similar algorithms to provide more effective protection of ima-ge features.
