Based on an integrated application of geological, geophysical and geochemical prospecting methods, the au thors found the Dongjun lead-zinc-silver deposit in Inner Mongolia. Through the integrated exploration, the au thors have summarized the prospecting process that applies to shallowly covered or concealed deposits located in grassland and forest landscape areas, i. e., geological route survey→l:2 000～l:5 000 geological survey and 1: 50 000～1:10 000 geochemical prospecting→1: 5 000-1:10 000 geophysical prospecting→engineering inspec tion such as trenching and drilling. The superposed large-size (1:5 000～1:10 000) geophysical and geochemical anomalies can be applied to forecasting the concealed lead-zinc-silver ore bodies. VLF-EM and IP are effective geophysical prospecting methods for shallowly covered or concealed lead-zinc-silver ore veins controlled by faults. According to abundant geological, geochemical and geophysical information, the prospecting indicators are as follows: ① zonal distribution of mineral outcrops or boulders in Mesozoic volcanic rocks; ②1:200 000～1 : 10 000 geochemical anomalies; ③zonal Fanomalies from VLF-EM; ④ zonal ηs anomalies overlapped by geo chemical anomalies, ηp=3%～6%, ps=500～2 500 dm.
