目的:研究肝小肠联合移植中肝保护小肠的作用.方法:用封闭群大鼠建立肝小肠联合移植模型.实验分组:肝小肠联合移植组9例(SD→SD).单独小肠移植组21例,其中SD→SD13例,SD→Wistar 8例.术后不用免疫抑制药自然生存,濒死或术后14天时处死作病检.结果:术后14天供肠排斥率在单独小肠移植组为100%,肝小肠联合移植组为55.6%(P＜0.01).结论:封闭群大鼠肝小肠联合移植中肝对小肠保护作用,使供肠避免或推迟被排斥.

목적:연구간소장연합이식중간보호소장적작용.방법:용봉폐군대서건립간소장연합이식모형.실험분조:간소장연합이식조9례(SD→SD).단독소장이식조21례,기중SD→SD13례,SD→Wistar 8례.술후불용면역억제약자연생존,빈사혹술후14천시처사작병검.결과:술후14천공장배척솔재단독소장이식조위100%,간소장연합이식조위55.6%(P＜0.01).결론:봉폐군대서간소장연합이식중간대소장보호작용,사공장피면혹추지피배척.
Objective:To study the role of transplanted liver in protecting small intestine graft in combined transplantation of small bowel and liver.Methods.A model of combined transplantation of small intestine and liver (CTOSIAL) was made in isolated colony rats.Two types of transplantation were studied:CTOSIAL group (SD to SD,n= 9);only small intestine transplantation group (SIT),(including SD to SD 13,and SD to Wistar 8).All rats didn't receive any immunosuppresive medicine and were followed-up until death or killed on the 14 th postoperative day (14POD).The grafts in recipients were examined histologically.Results:The rejection rate of intestine graft on 14 POD was 100% in SIT group,but 55.6% in CTOSIAL group (P＜0.01).Conclusions:Transplanted liver can protect the intestine graft from rejection in combined transplantation of small bowel and liver.
