考察了在疏水硅沸石分子筛吸附剂S-I上,以水蒸气为脱附剂,从混合二氯苯中气相吸 附分离间二氯苯的工艺条件。试验表明,较佳的条件为:吸附温度(193±1)℃、空速1.8 h-1、脱附时间5 min。在脱附温度(193±1)℃、空速1.6 h-1、初级脱附时间3 min、二级脱附时间27 min时,间二氯苯单程收率不低于30%。

Detailed studies were performed on the conditions of the process for separating meta-dichlorobenzene from a mixture of dichlorobenzenes on the hydrophobic adsorbent S-I under vapor phase,where steam was employed as desorbent.Optimal conditions for the process are:temperature (193 ±1) ℃,GHSV 1.8 h-1,desorption time 5 min.At a desorption temperature of (193±1)? ℃,GHSV 1.6 h-1,with a first stage desorption time of 3 min,and a second stage desorption time of 27 min,the yield of meta-dichlorobenzene is over 30%.
