应用氨基葡萄糖及衍生物和5-氟脲嘧啶-l-乙酸及5-氟脲嘧啶-l-丙酸反应制备了六个新的氨基糖复合物.他们的结构被红外、核磁、元素分析证实.并用A2780和Pc-14细胞测试了它们的抗癌活性.
應用氨基葡萄糖及衍生物和5-氟脲嘧啶-l-乙痠及5-氟脲嘧啶-l-丙痠反應製備瞭六箇新的氨基糖複閤物.他們的結構被紅外、覈磁、元素分析證實.併用A2780和Pc-14細胞測試瞭它們的抗癌活性.

Six aminoglucose conjugates were synthesized by the reaction of aminoglucose with 5-fluorou-racil-1-acetic acid or 5-fluorouracil-l-propanoic acid and confirmed by IR, 1H NMR and elemental analyses. Their antitumor activities against A2780 cells and PC-14 cells were also evaluated.
