目的 研究乳康酊对乳腺小叶增生模型大鼠血清雌、孕激素水平及病变乳腺组织的影响.方法 皮下注射雌二醇和黄体酮诱发大鼠乳腺小叶增生,然后在病变乳房处外敷乳康酊,1次/d,共30 d.用药结束后检测血清雌、孕激素水平;显微观察乳腺组织病理变化和乳腺细胞性激素受体(雌激素受体、孕激素受体).结果 受药模型鼠血清雌激素水平和乳腺组织性激素受体阳性腺细胞百分数降低,显微病理见乳腺小叶增生病变减轻.结论 乳康酊能够减轻实验性病理模型大鼠乳腺小叶组织增生.

목적 연구유강정대유선소협증생모형대서혈청자、잉격소수평급병변유선조직적영향.방법 피하주사자이순화황체동유발대서유선소협증생,연후재병변유방처외부유강정,1차/d,공30 d.용약결속후검측혈청자、잉격소수평;현미관찰유선조직병리변화화유선세포성격소수체(자격소수체、잉격소수체).결과 수약모형서혈청자격소수평화유선조직성격소수체양성선세포백분수강저,현미병리견유선소협증생병변감경.결론 유강정능구감경실험성병리모형대서유선소협조직증생.
Objective To study the effects of Rukangding tincture on the serum level of estrogen, progestin and pathological breast gland tissue of model with experimental breast glands lobular hyperplasia in rat. Methods Experimental rat lobular hyper-plasia of breast glands were induced by hypodermic injection of estradiol and progesterone. And then, Rukangding tincture was ap-plicated on pathological breast surface skin once every day for 30 days. Serum level of estrogen, progestin were examined, pathological changes in the breast gland tissue and sex hormone receptors (estrogen receptor and progestin receptor) in breast gland cell were observed with microscope after the tincture application. Results Decrease in the serum level of estrogen and the percent of gland cell with sex hormone receptor were found in the treated rats with Rukangding tincture, and less pathological changes in the gland tissue were also observed with microscope in the treated rats, compared with the control. Conclusion Rukangding tincture can reduce lobular hyperplasia of breast glands in rat with experimental pathological model.
