目的:探讨组织多普勒成像评价慢性心衰患儿左心室纵轴收缩功能的价值.方法:应用组织多普勒成像测量22例正常儿童和25例慢性心衰患儿左室各节段长轴方向各取样点收缩期的峰值速度(Vs)及峰值位移(Ds).结果:①慢性心衰患儿的Vs、Ds显著减低.②治疗后心内膜弹力纤维增生症(Endocardial fibroelastosis,EFE)患儿各节段的Vs、Ds显著改善.③瓣环的平均Vs和Ds与左室射血分数(Left ventricular ejection fraction,LVEF)相关性最好.结论:组织多普勒成像可定量评价慢性心衰患儿的左心纵轴收缩功能,可更加全面、敏感的评价收缩功能.

Objective:To assess the left ventricular (LV) systolic function of long-axis direction in patients with chronic heart failure using quantitative tissue Doppler imaging.Methods:22 healthy subjects and 25 patients with chronic heart failure were studied by QTVI and TTI, peak velocities of LV regional myocardium during systole (Vs),and peak systolic displacements (Ds) were measured. Results: ①Vs and Ds of LV segments in patients with chronic heart failure were significantly lower than those in healthy subjects.②after 6 months treatment,Vs and Ds of LV segments in patients with endocardial fibroelastosis were significantly recovery.③mean Vs and Ds at the mitral annulus level correlated significantly with LVEF. Conclusion: QTVI and TTI Can assess LV systolic function of long-axis direction in patients with chronic heart failure,can more entirely and sensitive assess the systolic function
