目前清洁度检测以玻璃长管法为主,此方法采用肉眼观测法,人为因素对试验结果影响较大,重现性差。本文在玻璃长管法的基础上探索一种仪器化检测方法,避免人为因素对试验结果产生影响。

At the present time the major way of testing the cleanliness is by a glass tube. This method has a bad repeatability experimental result which is educed by naked eyes. However, human factor can have a huge influence on that. Under the base of the method of glass tube, we explore a way to make the test instnmaental so that can avoid the influence by human actor.
