Based on the detailed analysis of characteristics of medical education, the author puts forward four aspects of balanced management strategies, aimed at promoting advantages and avoiding weak- nesses in medical education management tasks for comprehensive universities. Combining features of medi-cal education, the article explores new programs and measures that can seek common ground while reser- ving differences in medical education management for comprehensive universities. These new measures are designed to continuously improve the quality and to promote the orderly development of medical education.
