目的 探讨经皮椎体成形术(PVP)治疗椎体血管痛的临床效果. 方法应用经皮椎体成形术(PVP)治疗椎体血管瘤11例,共18节椎体,观察术后症状缓解情况.结果 9例术后随访3~18个月,无胸腰背部疼痛加重,未出现血管瘤复发,无椎体骨折出现.结论 经皮椎体成形术(PVP)是治疗椎体血管瘤的一种安全、有效的方法.

Objective To study the clinical effects of percutaneous vertebroplasty(PVP) in the treatm of vertebral hemangioma. Methods 11 patients (18 vertebrae) with vertebral hemangioma were treated by percutaneous verte-broplasty(PVP). Postope pain relief was observed. Rasult 9 patients were followed up for 3-18months, no pain recurrence or vertebral fracture. Conclusions PVP is safe and effective in the treatm of vertebral hemangioma
