采用随机多次小样方对三峡库区澎溪河消落区草本植物群落进行了调查,并应用分解网袋法对消落区草本植物分解速率进行了研究.结果表明,消落区草本植物覆盖度为50%~90%;在分解试验进行的94 d中,草本植物分解速率为0.073~0.081 g/d,平均 0.070 g/d,干物质流失率为78.35%~89.88%,平均为82.49%;试验期间共采集到底栖动物21种,分属于9目、10科,20属.第2,6,11,17,94天栖息密度均值依次为27,80,37,114,300个/m~2,生物量平均值依次为0.299 2,0.307 8,0.065 7,0.315 4,0.225 7 g/m~2.

Repeated random sampling method was used to survey herb plants in the Pengxihe Water-fluctuation-zone of Three Gorges Reservoir. With the litterbag method, the decomposition rates of herb plants were studied for 94 consecutive days. The results showed that the cover indexes of herb plants ranged from 50% to 90%. Within 94 days the decomposition rates of herb plants ranged from 0.073 to 0.081 g/d with an average of 0.070 g/d. The dry mass loss of herb plant ranged from 78.35% to 89.88%, an average of 82.49%. Invertebrates were also collected and there were 21 species belonging to 20 genera, 10 families and 9 orders. After litterbags had been submerged for 2, 6, 11, 17, and 94 days, the average density of invertebrates were 27, 80, 37, 114 and 300 ind/m~2 respectively. At the same time, the average biomasses of invertebrates were 0.299 2, 0.307 8, 0.065 7, 0.315 4 and 0.225 7 g/m~2.
