采用 Li-6400 便携式光合测定仪在春季晴朗、无风的条件下对辽宁阜新市祖代原种猪场6种绿化植物的净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度、胞间CO_2浓度进行了分析测定.研究结果表明,6种绿化植物日平均净光合速率的大小顺序为苹果梨>南果梨>白丁香>银中杨>小叶杨>紫丁香;小叶杨、银中杨、苹果梨、白丁香的净光合速率日变化曲线为双峰型,紫丁香、南果梨的净光合速率日变化曲线为单峰型,均存在明显的光合"午睡"现象.6种绿化植物日平均蒸腾速率的大小顺序为苹果梨>南果梨>白丁香>银中杨>紫丁香>小叶杨;小叶杨、苹果梨、南果梨、紫丁香的蒸腾速率日变化曲线均为双峰型,而白丁香和银中杨为单峰型.6种绿化植物的胞间CO_2浓度日变化幅度很大.

In order to study the photosynthetic characteristics of Xiao yang tree, Populus alba, Apple pear, An fruit pear, Passer montanus saturatus Stejneger , Syringa oblata Lindl and provide theoretical support for their scientific planting, the diurnal variation of net photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate, stomata conductance and intercellular carbon dioxide concentration were measured by Li-6400 portable photosynthesis instrument. The results showed that the diurnal courses of photosynthesis in Xiao yang tree, Populus alba, Apple pear and An fruit pear were double peaks, but the others were single peak. The order of photosynthesis rate was Apple pear>An fruit pear>Passer montanus saturatus Stejneger>Populus alba>Xiao yang miao>Syringa oblata Lindl. And the sequence of transpiration rate was Apple pear>An fruit pear>Passer montanus saturatus Stejneger>Populus alba>Xiao yang tree>Syringa oblata Lindl. The transpiration rate of Xiao yang tree, Apple pear, An fruit pear and Syringa oblata Lindl were double peaked, Passer montanus saturatus Stejneger and Populus alba were single peaked. The intercellular carbon dioxide concentration of the six green plants was changed greatly.
