使用不同种类常规脱水剂实现了钳形配体2-溴-1,3-双[2-(5-乙氧基)噁唑基]苯的合成,但反应条件剧烈,反应时间较长,产率中等,而使用PPh_3-I_2体系来实现这一环化反应时获得了95%的高产率,这一体系不需特殊试剂和苛刻的反应条件温,用于α-酰胺基酯的环化,是Robinson-Gabriel噁唑合成法的有用扩展.
使用不同種類常規脫水劑實現瞭鉗形配體2-溴-1,3-雙[2-(5-乙氧基)噁唑基]苯的閤成,但反應條件劇烈,反應時間較長,產率中等,而使用PPh_3-I_2體繫來實現這一環化反應時穫得瞭95%的高產率,這一體繫不需特殊試劑和苛刻的反應條件溫,用于α-酰胺基酯的環化,是Robinson-Gabriel噁唑閤成法的有用擴展.

Pincer ligand of 2-bromo-l, 3-bis (5-ethoxy-oxazol-2-yl) benzene was synthesized using various common dehydration agent, but these procedures required severe conditions and long reaction time, and just got moderate yields. While as PPh_3 -I_2 system was applied in this reaction, excellent yield of 95% was achieved. This system requires neither uncommon regent nor severe conditions used to cyclize cramido ester, which can serve as the expanding of Robinson-Gabriel oxazole synthesis.
