In this paper, a possible mechanism for the structural change of magnetic water was proposed and some changes in the specific properties of magnetic water had been studied comparing with the non-magnetic water. The results showed that density of magnetic water was decreased lightly, dissolved oxygen in magnetic water was increased about twenty-two percent. As a result of its specific properties, it is predicated that magnetic water will perform favorable function in the field of industry, agriculture, medicine, biology, construction business and so on in our future life.
