In this paper, by mutation screening of lactobacillus paracasei,we got the high-yield strains of the extracellular polysaccharide, and obtained the best production process of high-yield strains, preparation of lactic acid bacteria microbial flocculant and used it in alcohol distillery residues wastewater, flocculation rate of 95.5% ,COD removal efficiency of 97.5%.
