通过副干酪乳杆菌诱变筛选，获得胞外多糖高产菌株，试验得出高产菌株的最佳生产工艺，制备乳酸菌微生物絮凝剂并应用于酒精糟液，絮凝率达95.5%，COD 去除率97.5%。

통과부간락유간균유변사선，획득포외다당고산균주，시험득출고산균주적최가생산공예，제비유산균미생물서응제병응용우주정조액，서응솔체95.5%，COD 거제솔97.5%。
In this paper, by mutation screening of lactobacillus paracasei,we got the high-yield strains of the extracellular polysaccharide, and obtained the best production process of high-yield strains, preparation of lactic acid bacteria microbial flocculant and used it in alcohol distillery residues wastewater, flocculation rate of 95.5% ,COD removal efficiency of 97.5%.
