B细胞在机体的免疫反应过程中行使着多种功能:它不仅可以分泌抗体介导体液免疫,还能够作为抗原提呈细胞参与细胞免疫.近年来有关B细胞的免疫抑制功能及其相关分子机制的研究逐渐被重视.多种参与B细胞免疫抑制的效应分子以及细胞间相互作用分子已被不同的实验室在多种疾病模型中得到证实.

B Cells are part of the major immune cell population and are acknowledged that they play multiple roles in the immune response,including producing antibodies,presenting antigens and it has also been reported that they have a suppressive function.In hallmark papers from a number of distinguished laboratories,it has been noted that during a distinct inflammation model,several effecter and interaction molecules have demonstrated participation in B-Cell-mediated immune suppressions.
