目的：探讨脑出血与脑梗死急性期血压临床护理干预。方法：本次研究选择的对象共100例，均为本院2011年6月-2012年6月收治的脑出血与脑梗死患者，实施针对性护理干预，回顾相关临床资料。结果：全部患者病发后7 d内血压水平高于正常，脑梗死者48 h内血压有明显波动，脑出血者血压呈持续升高表现（P<0.05）。第3天、第7天两组比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。经有效护理后，患者总有效率为91%，死亡率为6%。患者护理满意度为98%。结论：加强脑出血与脑梗死急性期护理，可显著降低不良事件发生率，保障护理质量，提高护理满意度，改善血压水平及预后，具有非常积极的应用价值。

목적：탐토뇌출혈여뇌경사급성기혈압림상호리간예。방법：본차연구선택적대상공100례，균위본원2011년6월-2012년6월수치적뇌출혈여뇌경사환자，실시침대성호리간예，회고상관림상자료。결과：전부환자병발후7 d내혈압수평고우정상，뇌경사자48 h내혈압유명현파동，뇌출혈자혈압정지속승고표현（P<0.05）。제3천、제7천량조비교차이무통계학의의（P>0.05）。경유효호리후，환자총유효솔위91%，사망솔위6%。환자호리만의도위98%。결론：가강뇌출혈여뇌경사급성기호리，가현저강저불량사건발생솔，보장호리질량，제고호리만의도，개선혈압수평급예후，구유비상적겁적응용개치。
Objective:To explore the nursing intervention on blood pressure in acute stage of cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral infarction. Method:100 cases of cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral infarction in our hospital from June 2011 to June 2012 were given nursing interventions and reviewed related clinical data.Result:The blood pressure level was higher than the normal level whthin 7 days after the onset of cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral infarction.The blood pressure had significant fluctuations in CI patients within 48 h and sustainable increaed in cerebral hemorrhage patiemts (P<0.05),but there was no significant difference when the third day and the seventh day(P>0.05).After effective nursing,the total effective rate was 91%and mortality was 6%. Nursing satisfaction of patients was 98%.Conclusion:To strengthen nursing for acute stage of cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral infarction can significantly reduce the incidence of adverse events,guarantee the quality of care,alleviate blood pressure level and improve nursing satisfaction and prognosis,which has positive application value.
