目的 诱变和筛选糖多孢红霉菌(Saccharopolyspora erythraea)红霉素的高产菌种.方法 以糖多孢红霉菌L1为出发菌株,紫外线作为诱变剂,诱变和筛选生产所用菌种.结果 获得了高产变株L2-26,其发酵水平较出发菌株提高了19.8%.结论 此方法可有效地获得高产变株,发酵水平明显提高.
目的 誘變和篩選糖多孢紅黴菌(Saccharopolyspora erythraea)紅黴素的高產菌種.方法 以糖多孢紅黴菌L1為齣髮菌株,紫外線作為誘變劑,誘變和篩選生產所用菌種.結果 穫得瞭高產變株L2-26,其髮酵水平較齣髮菌株提高瞭19.8%.結論 此方法可有效地穫得高產變株,髮酵水平明顯提高.

Objective To breed erythromycin high-yielding Saccharopolyspora erythraea strain. Methods Saccharopolyspora erythraea strain L1 was used as the starting strain. Mutagenesis was induced by UV. Results The fermentation yield of the resulting erythromycin high-yielding stain L2-26 ,was 19.8 % higher than that of starting strain. ZConclusion Erythromycin production was increased obviously.
