针对当前国内主要在线监测设备厂家采用的数据格式、通信协议不统一的问题,开发了特高压输电线路在线监测管理平台.该平台集成了覆冰监测、气象和导线风偏监测、杆塔倾斜监测、导线微风振动监测、导线舞动监测和绝缘子污秽监测等在线监测技术,实现了数据集中采集、处理和综合应用分析.采用浏览器/服务器的3层体系结构,实现了在线监测数据统一接收、展示、状态预测、预警和统计分析,并应用在1 000 kV晋东南-南阳-荆门特高压交流试验示范线路上.
針對噹前國內主要在線鑑測設備廠傢採用的數據格式、通信協議不統一的問題,開髮瞭特高壓輸電線路在線鑑測管理平檯.該平檯集成瞭覆冰鑑測、氣象和導線風偏鑑測、桿塔傾斜鑑測、導線微風振動鑑測、導線舞動鑑測和絕緣子汙穢鑑測等在線鑑測技術,實現瞭數據集中採集、處理和綜閤應用分析.採用瀏覽器/服務器的3層體繫結構,實現瞭在線鑑測數據統一接收、展示、狀態預測、預警和統計分析,併應用在1 000 kV晉東南-南暘-荊門特高壓交流試驗示範線路上.

According to the the inconsistence of data structure and communication protocol between equipment produced by main domestic manufactures, on-line monitoring management platform is developed. It can be used to integrate on-line monitoring systems, such as icing monitoring, meteorological and windage yaw monitoring, tower inclination monitoring, conductor aeolian vibration monitoring, conductor galloping monitoring and insulator contamination monitoring, centralize the acquisition and processing of data and do the comprehensive analysis and application. The on-line monitoring management platform for UHV AC transmission line uses B/S three layers framework to realize such functions as on-line monitoring data centralized acquisition, full display, state prediction, early warning, and statistical analysis, and has be applied on the UHV AC transmission line.
