无刷直流电机是一种多变量和非线性的控制系统.模糊控制器在该控制中得到广泛的使用.针对无刷直流电机构成的速度反馈控制采用了一种新的控制方案--权值自调整模糊PI预测控制.控制器由模糊控制环节、PI控制器、权值调整环节构成,整个系统使用电流和转速双闭环控制.PI控制器和模糊控制器的权值是通过误差、误差变化率设计的模糊调整器来在线调整,速度反馈采用灰色算法来预测.通过仿真实验结果表明上述控制方法较传统的PI控制,具有更强的鲁棒性,易于实现,通用性强.

The brushless DC motor is a multi-variables and non-linear system.Fuzzy control has been widely used in this field.Aim at the speed feedback controller of brushless DC,a new method wag presented--weight self-tuning predictive fuzzy PI control.This controller is composed of fuzzy controller,PI controller and weight serf -tuning,and includes current and speed closed loops.The weights of PI controller and fuzzy controller ale on line adjusted by weight fuzzy adjuster,which is obtained from error and its change rate,and the rate feedback is predicted by grey prediction method.The results of simulation indicated that compared with traditional PI control methods,this method is of better robustness and general compatibility and is also easy to realize.
