本文对2008年初广西受到长期低温和冻雨影响时,不同繁殖方式的果蔗的产量性状与抗冻性表现展开调查。结果表明,组培苗果蔗冻害率、冻害指数均为0,心叶绿叶率仍达到91.8%,即未受冻害影响;同期蔗稍苗果蔗冻害全面发生,后期冻害率达100%,冻害指数99.8,心叶绿叶率仍0.6%,两者的抗冻性差异极显著。
本文對2008年初廣西受到長期低溫和凍雨影響時,不同繁殖方式的果蔗的產量性狀與抗凍性錶現展開調查。結果錶明,組培苗果蔗凍害率、凍害指數均為0,心葉綠葉率仍達到91.8%,即未受凍害影響;同期蔗稍苗果蔗凍害全麵髮生,後期凍害率達100%,凍害指數99.8,心葉綠葉率仍0.6%,兩者的抗凍性差異極顯著。
본문대2008년초엄서수도장기저온화동우영향시,불동번식방식적과자적산량성상여항동성표현전개조사。결과표명,조배묘과자동해솔、동해지수균위0,심협록협솔잉체도91.8%,즉미수동해영향;동기자초묘과자동해전면발생,후기동해솔체100%,동해지수99.8,심협록협솔잉0.6%,량자적항동성차이겁현저。
A survey was conducted under long low temperature and frozen-rain at 2008 in Guangxi to find different chewing cane breeding methods' impacts on yield features and freeze resistance.The results show that tissue culture seedling of chewing cane's frozen-damage rate and index are all zero,the young leaves "green color rate" can still reach to 91.8% without frozen influence,meanwhile,young cane seedlings encounter frozen damage,in which's late stages frozen index was 99.8% and the young leaves "green color rate" was only 0.6% so that their freeze resistances reached at extra marked difference level.
