目的探讨消化道手术患者围术期的心理状态及其医疗护理结合治疗的对策.方法对100例消化道手术患者于术前l天和术后1周分别用抑郁自评量表(SDS)和焦虑自评量表(SAS)进行检测、辅以自行设计的影响因素进行调查,并与全国常模比较.针对影响因素施行医疗护理相结合的治疗措施.结果 ①手术前患者的SDS和SAS分值表明患者术前有较明显的焦虑抑郁情绪.②手术后患者的SDS和SAS分值与手术前相比显著降低(P<0.01),恢复至全国常模水平(P>0.05).采取医疗护理相结合的治疗手段可取得较满意效果.结论围术期消化道手术患者存在较明显的焦虑抑郁情绪,据原因分析实施有效的医疗护理结合治疗可有效地改善患者的心理状态,有利于患者早日康复.

Objective To discuss the mental state of perioperative patients of digestive tract and cure - nurse binding countermeasures for them. Methods One hundred patients received operation on digestive tract were investigated with Serf - Rating Depression Scale(SDS) and Self - Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS), assisted with serf - designed influential factors to survey the correlation factors with it. Compared with the norms of our country at last. Aim directly at the influen-groups patients in pre - operation were indicated that patients have evident depression and/or anxiety symptoms pre - opera-lower after operation(P <0.01) ,which returned to the norms of our country(P > 0.05). This indicated that carry out cure -nurse binding countermeasures for them can obtain satisfaction effect. Conclusions The perioperative patients of digestive tract had obvious depression and/or anxiety symptoms,Cure - nurse binding countermeasures could improve their mental status efficiently, this was helpful for patients to recover early.
