Applying Parikh-Wilczek's semi-classical quantum tunneling framework, we have investigatel the tunneling characteristic of charged particles via the arbitrarily dimensional topological Reissner-Nordstrom de Sitter black hole, and obtained the actual radiation spectrum that isn't pure thermal. The discrepancies of the actual radiation spectrum and pure thermal one are expressed in figures.
