在盆栽试验条件下,研究了不同质量浓度丁二酸浸种对玉米干物质积累和运转的影响.结果表明,适宜质量浓度的丁二酸浸种既有利于玉米根、茎、叶、鞘等器官干物质的积累,又能提高贮藏物质向玉米子粒转运量和转运率,明显增加玉米子粒干物质积累量.本试验条件下,丁二酸适宜浸种质量浓度为300~400 mg·L~(-1).
在盆栽試驗條件下,研究瞭不同質量濃度丁二痠浸種對玉米榦物質積纍和運轉的影響.結果錶明,適宜質量濃度的丁二痠浸種既有利于玉米根、莖、葉、鞘等器官榦物質的積纍,又能提高貯藏物質嚮玉米子粒轉運量和轉運率,明顯增加玉米子粒榦物質積纍量.本試驗條件下,丁二痠適宜浸種質量濃度為300~400 mg·L~(-1).
재분재시험조건하,연구료불동질량농도정이산침충대옥미간물질적루화운전적영향.결과표명,괄의질량농도적정이산침충기유리우옥미근、경、협、초등기관간물질적적루,우능제고저장물질향옥미자립전운량화전운솔,명현증가옥미자립간물질적루량.본시험조건하,정이산괄의침충질량농도위300~400 mg·L~(-1).
In pot experiments, effects of soaking seeds with succinic acid on the accumulation and transportation of dry matter in summer maize were studied in this paper. The results showed that the suitable concentration of succinic acid could promote the accumlation of dry matter in roots, leaf, stem and sheath,and enhance the grain translocation amount and efficiency at the same time. In this experi-ment the concentration of succinic acid is 300 ~400 mg·L ~(-1).
