采用蒙特卡罗模拟方法研究具有无序掺杂界面的复杂磁性系统的磁特性,重点计算了系统掺杂界面层(A_pB_(1-p))上A类原子的掺杂浓度p及界面交换耦合常数对磁相变的影响.通过模拟,获得了系统的相图以及磁化强度、磁化率等随温度的变化规律.模拟结果表明,纳米磁性薄膜的无序掺杂界面极大地决定了系统的相图.
採用矇特卡囉模擬方法研究具有無序摻雜界麵的複雜磁性繫統的磁特性,重點計算瞭繫統摻雜界麵層(A_pB_(1-p))上A類原子的摻雜濃度p及界麵交換耦閤常數對磁相變的影響.通過模擬,穫得瞭繫統的相圖以及磁化彊度、磁化率等隨溫度的變化規律.模擬結果錶明,納米磁性薄膜的無序摻雜界麵極大地決定瞭繫統的相圖.

s:The magnetic properties of a ferromagnetic bilayer with disordered interfaces are studied based on Monte Carlo simulations. The effect of doped interfaces,which is characterized by a random arrangement of A and B atoms of A_pB_(1-p),on the phase diagrams of the system is calculated. Meanwhile,the phase diagrams,magnetization,magnetic susceptibility of the systems are obtained. It is found that the existence of doped interfaces may severely affect the phase diagrams of Tc.
