采用半薄切片法对中华锯齿米虾(Neocaridina denticulate sinensis)性腺发生、性别分化过程及其组织学特征进行了观察.结果显示:中华锯齿米虾性腺原基在孵化后第5天形成.卵巢分化早于精巢,且二者分化方式上存在差异.卵巢从孵化后第10天开始分化,形成早期的卵原细胞,第23天形成卵巢腔,卵巢分化完成.精巢从孵化后第23天开始分化,先形成早期的精巢腔,腔中充满生殖细胞和间质细胞,第35天精巢中开始出现大量精原细胞,精巢分化完成.
採用半薄切片法對中華鋸齒米蝦(Neocaridina denticulate sinensis)性腺髮生、性彆分化過程及其組織學特徵進行瞭觀察.結果顯示:中華鋸齒米蝦性腺原基在孵化後第5天形成.卵巢分化早于精巢,且二者分化方式上存在差異.卵巢從孵化後第10天開始分化,形成早期的卵原細胞,第23天形成卵巢腔,卵巢分化完成.精巢從孵化後第23天開始分化,先形成早期的精巢腔,腔中充滿生殖細胞和間質細胞,第35天精巢中開始齣現大量精原細胞,精巢分化完成.

The Semi-thin section method was employed to study the gonad genesis,the process of sex differentiation and histological features in Neocaridina denticulata sinensis.The results showed that the gonadal primordium were presented in N.denticulata sinensis on the 5th day post fertilization.The time of the ovarian differentiation was earlier than that of testis,and the differentiation pattern of ovary and testis were different.The ovarian differentiation initiated on the 10th day post fertilization with the character of forming ovogonium,and the ovarian cavity formed in 23 days.The testis differentiation initiated with the character of forming the early testis cavity,which was filled with germ cells and stromal cells in 23 days.There were a large number of spermatogonia in testis and testis differentiation were finished in the 35 days.
