文中提出一种基于信号奇异性的气体泄漏快速检测方法,利用小波变换分析信号的奇异点和奇异度,提取奇异度参数与气体浓度的对应关系,进而快速检测泄漏和估计气体浓度值.对一个微热板式气体传感器对不同泄漏浓度CO气体响应的实验数据分析处理,结果表明该方法能够抑制传感器基线漂移的影响,大幅度提高气体浓度的估计速度和实时性.

A fast gas leakage detection method based on the signal singularity was proposed.The signal singularity Was ana-lyzed through Wavelet transform and the relationship between the extracted features and gas concentration was built up.Therefore the gas leakage and gas concentration was detected and estimated fast.The response signals of a micro-hotplate based gas sensor to CO gas were analyzed and the experiment results demonstrated that the estimation rate and real-time detection ability Was improved largely,and the influence of baseline drift could be resisted with the proposed approach.
