针对市场上现有有机类植筋胶不耐高温、弹性模量低、耐久性差等问题,以及水泥基无机植筋胶力学性能较差、锚固深度长、质量不稳定、市场接受度不高等现状,本文作者在大量试验研究的基础上研发了一种具有良好的施工性能、力学性能、锚固性能、耐火性能、耐腐蚀性能及耐久性能的高性能非水泥基无机植筋胶,该植筋胶可用于高温条件施工和使用的工程(如烟囱)以及有一定腐蚀环境的工程(如海港码头)等,进一步拓宽了当前植筋胶产品的应用范围,具有良好的市场前景。
針對市場上現有有機類植觔膠不耐高溫、彈性模量低、耐久性差等問題,以及水泥基無機植觔膠力學性能較差、錨固深度長、質量不穩定、市場接受度不高等現狀,本文作者在大量試驗研究的基礎上研髮瞭一種具有良好的施工性能、力學性能、錨固性能、耐火性能、耐腐蝕性能及耐久性能的高性能非水泥基無機植觔膠,該植觔膠可用于高溫條件施工和使用的工程(如煙囪)以及有一定腐蝕環境的工程(如海港碼頭)等,進一步拓寬瞭噹前植觔膠產品的應用範圍,具有良好的市場前景。

Contraposing the shortage of the organic anchor adhesive such as low heat resistance, low durability and low modulus of elasticity, and the shortage of cement-based inorganic anchor adhesive such as low mechanical property, long anchoring depth, unstable quality and not widely received by markets, the author of this paper developed a kind of high performance non-cement-based inorganic anchor adhesive which has good mechanical property, anchoring property, fire resistance, corrosion resistance, durability and is easy to use on the base of mass experiment, it can be used in the environment with high temperature such as chimney and the environment with little corrosion such as dock of shore ; it will expand the range of application of anchor adhesive and have a good market prospect.
