以苯甲酸为原料,过氧化脲(UHP)为氧化剂,三光气(BTC)为氯化试剂,三乙胺(TEA)-咪唑复合体系为缚酸剂-催化剂,在室温条件下,以91%的产率直接得到过氧苯甲酰(BPO)。加料比例为PhCOOH:UHP:BTC:TEA:咪唑=1:0.6:0.5:5:0.05(摩尔比)。

Benzoyl peroxide(BPO)was synthesized in 91 % yield at room temperature,using benzoic acid as the substrate,and urea hydrogen peroxide(UHP)as the oxidant,bis(trichloromethyl)carbonate(BTC)as the chlorinating agent,triethyl amine(TEA)-imidazole as the acid trapper-catalyst.The optimized conditions were PhCOOH:UHP:BTC:TEA:imidazole = 1:0.6:0.5:5:0.05(molar ratio).
