目的探讨选择部分阴茎背神经切除术对原发性射精过早的技术可行性和疗效.方法 2005年3月至2009年5月对148例原发性射精过快的患者施行选择性部分阴茎背神经切除术,年龄22～42岁,所有病人均为已婚或有固定性伴侣,性生活有规律.术中保留两条分支,其余分支均予以切除.结果 148例患者术前阴道内射精潜伏时间(0.48±0.68)min,性交满意度(12.86±8.21)%,术后射精潜伏期为(4.53±1.67)min,性交满意度(66.56±24.38)%,手术前后相比:148例中81例显效,53例有效,4例无效.结论选择性阴茎背神经切除术是治疗原发性射精过快的一种有效的治疗方法 ,适用于治疗年轻且不合并勃起功能障碍(ED)的顽固性PE患者.

Objective To investigate the technical feasibility and efficacy in treatment of primary premature rapid ejaculation by resection of the selective part of the penile dorsal nerve. Methods From March 2005 to May 2009, operations were performed by resection of the selective part of the penile dorsal nerve on 148 patients aged 22 to 42 with primary premature rapid ejaculation .All the patients were married or had fixed sexual companions and they had a regular sexual life. underwent selective resection of the branches of the two dorsal penilel nerves,with only 2 of the branches reserved. Results 148 patients' ejaculatory latency is 0.48±0.68min, be fore operation and and ( 4.53±1.67 ) min ofter operation .their intercourse satisfaction rate was ( 12.86±8.21 ) % for pre-operation and ( 66.56 ± 24.38 ) % for post-operation .Compared with pye-operation, 81 of the 148 cases were markedly effecttive, 53 cases were effective, and 4 cases ineffective.Conclusion Selective penile dorsal nerve resection is an effective treatment of primary premature rapid ejaculation for young patients who have refractory PE but do not have combined erectile dysfunction ( ED )
