The connection between the upper and lower airway has became a hot topic rencently.Allergic diseases occure commonly in upper and lower respiratory tract, especially for allergic rhinitis and asthma which show the clinical manifestations respectively. Studying the relationships between allergic rhinitis and asthma can help us to describe the link between the upper and lower airway well. This article will review the researches on the inflammation of the upper and lower airway.
