近年来，中关贸易规模发展迅速，但双边贸易不平衡问题日益突出，成为中美贸易摩擦的焦点所在，人民币汇率问题被认为是导致中关贸易不平衡的主要原因。然而通过大量数据分析和探讨中关贸易不平衡与人民币汇率的关系，发现人民币汇率并非导致中美贸易不平衡的主要原因，而美国国内经济失衡，对华出口管制，两国统计口径的差异，美国对华的直接投资才是中关贸易失衡的主要原因。
近年來，中關貿易規模髮展迅速，但雙邊貿易不平衡問題日益突齣，成為中美貿易摩抆的焦點所在，人民幣彙率問題被認為是導緻中關貿易不平衡的主要原因。然而通過大量數據分析和探討中關貿易不平衡與人民幣彙率的關繫，髮現人民幣彙率併非導緻中美貿易不平衡的主要原因，而美國國內經濟失衡，對華齣口管製，兩國統計口徑的差異，美國對華的直接投資纔是中關貿易失衡的主要原因。
근년래，중관무역규모발전신속，단쌍변무역불평형문제일익돌출，성위중미무역마찰적초점소재，인민폐회솔문제피인위시도치중관무역불평형적주요원인。연이통과대량수거분석화탐토중관무역불평형여인민폐회솔적관계，발현인민폐회솔병비도치중미무역불평형적주요원인，이미국국내경제실형，대화출구관제，량국통계구경적차이，미국대화적직접투자재시중관무역실형적주요원인。
Sino - US trade relationship has developed rapidly in recent years. At the same time, bilateral merchandise trade im- balance is becoming the core of the controversy between China and US. RMB exchange rate issue is considered to be the main cause of Sino - US trade imbalance. Even though, U. S. public opinion holds that the Chinese government is manipulating its currency, and there is a serious phenomenon of underestimate to the RMB exchange rate. Firstly based on a number of data, ana- lyzes the relation between Sino - US trade imbalance and RMB exchange rate, holds that RMB exchange rate is not the main cause of Sino - US trade imbalance. Rather, the U. S. domestic economic imbalances, export control, the differences in statistical standards between two countries, U. S. direct investment in China are the real reasons causing the imbalance between China and the U. S. Finally, the article gives some advice and measures to the status of Sino - US trade imbalance.
