昆钢粉末冶金科技厂铁鳞干燥窑原有布袋除尘器投产后出现板结现象,无法使用。采用塑烧板除尘器进行技术改造,不会板结,压力损失稳定,耐油耐湿性强,维护保养方便,运行费用低,总体设计合理,运行稳定,除尘器出口气体含尘浓度≤20mg/Nm^3,达到国家允许的排放浓度。
昆鋼粉末冶金科技廠鐵鱗榦燥窯原有佈袋除塵器投產後齣現闆結現象,無法使用。採用塑燒闆除塵器進行技術改造,不會闆結,壓力損失穩定,耐油耐濕性彊,維護保養方便,運行費用低,總體設計閤理,運行穩定,除塵器齣口氣體含塵濃度≤20mg/Nm^3,達到國傢允許的排放濃度。

The bag filter used fur dust collection in iron scale drying kiln of Powder metallurgy Technology Factory of Kunming Iron and Steel Group has resulted in compaction. It makes the bag filter unusable anymore. This problem has been solved by substituting the sinter - plate filter for the bag filter. It also brings other advantages such as stable pressure loss, excellent oil and water resistance, easy maintenance, lower operating cost. The new device is running well due to its reasonable overall design. The dust concentration of the outlet gas is ≤ 20mg/Nm^3, which is in compliance with the national standards.
